Chord Sheet Generator R&D · WIP

Personal side project that extracts guitar chords from an audio file: convert to WAV, detect BPM, run FFT to move the waveform into the frequency domain, align beats using the BPM, then read peak amplitudes per beat to infer the chord. Currently optimizing for speed, with a move to an AI-based chord classifier planned. End goal is a full lyric sheet with chords aligned to the words.
